1. Scope and roles

HawkFranklin OÜ is responsible for this website and for personal data it collects for European pilot registration, inquiries and platform operation. When clinical care becomes available, the participating clinician or clinic may act as an independent controller for its professional record and clinical decisions. The relevant roles will be identified at the point of collection.

2. Information we may collect

  • Contact and account information supplied for an inquiry or pilot registration.
  • Professional credentials, registration number and issuing jurisdiction supplied by clinicians.
  • Technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the website or service.
  • Photographs, symptom context and other health information only when a user deliberately submits a case.
  • Consent, access and audit records associated with protected clinical workflows.

3. Why information is used

Information may be used to answer inquiries, manage pilot access, verify professional eligibility, organise a user-submitted case, protect the service, meet legal obligations and—only in an active jurisdiction—support a requested clinician consultation. The legal basis depends on the specific interaction and will be identified where additional information is collected.

4. Clinical information and sharing

A screening result is informational and is not a diagnosis. A case is not sent to a clinician merely because it has been prepared. The user must choose or consent to the relevant sharing path. Community access, where offered, is limited to eligible, appropriately protected cases and verified professional members under separate rules.

5. Service providers and international access

Technical providers may process data where necessary to operate or secure the service. Any international transfer of protected personal data must use an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards. A production service notice will identify material providers and transfer arrangements before live clinical use.

6. Retention and security

Information is retained only for the relevant service, safety, contractual and legal purposes. Exact retention periods depend on whether information is an inquiry, account record, pilot record or clinical record and will be stated in the applicable service notice. We use technical and organisational controls, but no online system can promise absolute security.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used, without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us at the address above. You may complain to your relevant data-protection authority.

8. Children, emergencies and updates

The current European pilot is not offered as an unsupervised service for children and is not an emergency service. Seek local emergency assistance for urgent symptoms. We may update this notice as country services and technical arrangements are defined; the date at the top records the current version.
