Terms for the
European pilot.

These terms govern the PelliScope European website and controlled pilot operated by HawkFranklin OÜ. Country-specific clinical and consumer terms will apply before a paid consultation service launches.

Current service status

No EU country is currently open for routine paid PelliScope consultations. There is no public patient price or clinician response-time guarantee during the pilot.

1. Operator

The European website and pilot are operated by HawkFranklin OÜ, registry code 17558108, Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia. Contact: contact@hawkfranklin.in.

2. Pilot status and availability

The website presents a product and interface under controlled development. Pilot registration does not guarantee admission, a clinician response, a consultation, a prescription, payment functionality or availability in any particular country. A service is available only when PelliScope expressly identifies that country and the relevant clinical pathway as active.

3. Screening, consultation and diagnosis

  • Screening organises photographs and context and provides informational output.
  • Consultation begins only when a verified clinician accepts a case within an active service jurisdiction.
  • Diagnosis and treatment remain solely with the qualified clinician after professional review.

PelliScope does not provide emergency care and its screening output must not be treated as medical advice or a diagnosis.

4. User responsibilities

Users must provide information they are entitled to share, avoid submitting another person’s information without authority, follow capture guidance honestly and use the service lawfully. Do not delay urgent or in-person medical care because of a screening output or platform message.

5. Clinician and community participation

Professional access is subject to identity, registration and jurisdiction checks. Community discussion is educational and does not itself create a treating-clinician relationship. A clinician remains responsible for practising within their competence, registration and applicable professional rules.

6. Price, response and payment

There is currently no public EU patient consultation price and no clinician response-time guarantee. If a paid service launches, the total price, clinician details, issuing jurisdiction, expected response range, cancellation conditions and refund terms will be shown before payment.

7. Intellectual property and acceptable use

The PelliScope name, interface and website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, scrape protected clinical information, impersonate a clinician or use the pilot to train another system without written permission.

8. Liability and governing law

The pilot is provided for evaluation and controlled use subject to mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or patient rights. These terms are governed by Estonian law, while mandatory protections in a user’s country remain unaffected.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service moves from pilot to country-specific clinical availability. Material new paid or clinical terms will be presented before a user enters that service.

AI-assisted screening is informational and is not a diagnosis. Clinical decisions remain with qualified clinicians.
