1. No current public paid consultation
Exploring the website, applying to the professional community or registering interest in a service does not create a paid patient consultation. Because no routine EU paid consultation is currently offered, there is no standard EU consultation refund schedule in operation.
2. Before any future payment
If a country service launches, the checkout must show the total patient price, what is being purchased, the participating clinician or provider, expected response range, cancellation rules and refund conditions before payment is confirmed. Applicable mandatory consumer and healthcare rights will remain in force.
3. Free screening and community activity
A free screening interaction or voluntary open-community contribution has no purchase price and therefore no payment to refund. It also does not guarantee future clinical availability or admission to a professional programme.
4. Unexpected or mistaken charge
If you believe you have been charged in connection with PelliScope Europe, do not submit payment details by email. Write to contact@hawkfranklin.in with the payment date, amount and transaction reference so the charge can be investigated securely.
